Love my team and the job, but they don't pay enough for my skill set, whatsoever. Any mention of a wage increase is brushed off. No raise in 2 years but many extra responsibilities and now I'm in 4 departments and job descriptions rather than just the one I was hired for with not a penny offered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying a bilingual employee with a Masters degree less than $15 an hour is shameful in any job market.
