I was fairly and competently evaluated.
What makes you most happy at work?
When systems and infrastructure I am in charge of works, which is 99.99% of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that integrity is a core Deere value. Of course, not everyone lives up to or by that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am undervalued. Feelings have nothing to do with it. Deere pays average or above average for many positions, but not for those in my field.
