Less visiting. Help each other out if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No pressure. We know what needs to be done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because it isn't fair to have. A 2 tier pay scale. Do the same job as someone else and get pd less.
