I am newer to this organization and overall I love it here. I feel there is room for a better budget to give back and do more for our team members to show our appreciation.

Giving access and care to patients to care for them the way they want in their last days.

I feel realistic goals should be set to make bonuses attainable, better health insurance at a better rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It wasn't when I started here but that was my goal, to rebuild a positive culture and we have done that.
