Stable company, owners appear authentic and caring, executives should spend more time in the agencies they support, then they would train their corporate teams to respond better to agencies and improve processes that make sense. Standardize process across all agencies (even acquisitions).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The volume of work is significant and once a team member becomes burdened, they give up caring. The corporate team members respond to agency needs as if we are bothering them and we should "do it ourselves". If I were in corporate I would act as if the agencies are my customer.
