I really feel like i am a part of something that is making a positive difference in people's lives. I also love that the company cares about my home life/work life balance. The people that work here area just as important as the patients we care for. Thats a special thing!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I liked how quickly the medica coverage kicks in. I didn't have to worry about a lapse in coverage after leaving my previous employer.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy that our team has such an impact on patients and their families. We get so much positive feedback on how well our hospice team cares for patients and their families, whether it be medical, social support or spiritual.
