I have been employed with LHC Group going on 24 years. I enjoy working next to home, flexibility of the job and my co-workers. I do believe the PTO/Sick time could be re-evaluated for those employees that have > 25 yrs with LHC. An across the board raise would help everyone out. Overall happy!

What makes you most happy at work?
When everything flows and there are no complaints or fussing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that we all know each other and they are just a text, email or phone call away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like family. We are all very close to each other and when one is having trouble we all try to help if we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued, I would just like to see an across the board raise due to so many factors in todays world, especially due to the rising cost of daily living.
