I love what I do and the team I work with, I always believe there is room for improvement within myself and the company. We take care of patients and their families. I would like to see corporate take a little bit more care about their employees.

The great staff a I work with and that my job is not the same everyday as challenges and successes change daily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Non- clinical staff definitely under paid, new hires pay rate is higher than when long standing employees were hired and no increased wage to employees with years of working for LHC to make it fair. Non- clinical staff still have to have skills to work in back office 2% Max raise, 6% in economy.
