Most days are good however in the past couple of years we are not getting paid in a competitive manner as compared to other companies, our benefits are expensive and minimal, no extra incentive to exceed expectations and unrealistic expectations of long working hours and productivity expectations.

Caring for my patients and bringing a positive attitude forward daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we are sensitive to others needs most of the time. I think our company does strive for better education for our staff members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my in house director very much. I think the general weakness with our corporate executive team is that they may have some unrealistic expectations with time management and the ability to complete tasks in one day. Please review productivity expectations, increase our pay & show appreciation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We discuss our patients needs, strive to exceed our patients' expectations and we work very hard to meet our company's requirements. We encourage others to be their best daily and contribute to making that process happen with a happy heart. My coworkers are wonderful and truly want to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the rising cost of food and everyday needs our paychecks are not keeping up with the cost of living. By providing more incentive to keep talented staff and offer a competitive pay with good benefits we will keep and invite the kind of employees that we want to have working for our company.
