A pretty great experience. I enjoy my job and all of my coworkers. Like I said before, it's more like a family, not just a workplace.

Just a laid back atmosphere. Every one is nice and appreciative. I also enjoy talking to the patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good vibes, positivity, laughter. We all love each other. It is a wonderful place that I look forward to coming to every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels more like family other than just a team. We are so close to one another. I enjoy my time with them, even though it's work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot here at this office. I also do my job as well as scheduling when the scheduler is out. It is a lot and I just feel at times, that I am underpaid. I could easily go to another job that pays more but I actually enjoy this job and the atmosphere.
