Seeing a patient improve their quality of life or helping a caregiver feel less alone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If there were no unneeded positions like diversity officer and therapy directors . That money could hire more or retain....ease burnout.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Cut nearly all of the fat just under the top down to the just above the branch office and pay field staff better-get rid of fluff like diversity and therapy directors..
