it is a comfortable culture. I have no fear of failure and feel comfortable asking for help when needed.

We are all supportive of each other. We all work remotely but do a great job interacting with each other on a regular basis.

They live out the mission and the pillars. They are down to earth and have started in home care in the field. They also keep the patients at the center of focus.

The pillars and mission of the company as a whole are easily roled out into each branch, while allowing each branch to operate independently and deal with the unique circumstances of the individual needs of the branch.
