It has been difficult. Operations wants to blame sales but we cannot sell what doesn't exist and we must have integrity or we have nothing. Our agency needs invested leadership and support from corporate. Lots of conflict between agency staff and corporate operations

Hanging in there until our operations problems are solved.

My manager is understanding of the challenges we are facing as a result of ineffective operations in our agency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary. What we get reimbursed for mileage is extremely sub par when the state and federal are significantly higher.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been employed here since last summer.....the culture and environment have been difficult since then due high turnover and lack of support from regional operations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have no leadership - no ED and no DON. We have no SW or Chaplain and our nurses are travel. We need a travel DON or ED that can be committed to be here to hire the right people and build our agency from the foundation up. We have to have a viable product to sell.
