I've had wonderful coworkers, a supervisor who is available as much as they can be. It's just a tough field and sometimes the only value proposition or "hack" is the amount of time you're in the position and what personal connections you already have.

More cohesion and cross-discipline communication; opportunities for non-work interactions between team members and across teams.

We care for one another, communicate candidly when expectations are missed, and make efforts to right those wrongs.

When I can solve a problem; when I'm able to make human connections with referral partners; and when we are able to catch a patient problem before they are harmed.
