In the last 11 years I have seen my role evolve in many ways. I continue to get great satisfaction from the work we do. The move into the Quality Department has been a great move and has allowed my role to expand. I have enjoyed this job more than any job I have had in the past.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like getting a paycheck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't speak for all the departments in the company. But the leadership in the Quality Department is outstanding. They work hard a set a great example to everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are truly engaged in improving the quality of care we provide while at the same time decreasing the amount of inconsequential documentation that has to be performed by field clinicians.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in the Quality Department with some wonderful people that are dedicated to improving the quality of the care we provide. I consider my teammates (DDCO team) to be friends of mine. They all do a great job, and they are people I really enjoy spending time with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like a feeling of accomplishment when you finish a project that will benefit the entire company or just help an agency with a singular issue that just impacts their people. It is a feeling of helping others to be able to do their job better. And I really think that is what most employees want.
