More work hour not working 7 days a week just to get to 40 hrs can't work extra it just depress me to leave out the house
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's a shame that you lose so many vacation hours at the end of the year you should be able to cash them for holiday pay since there's no type of bonus for your dedicated work
