I do not feel undervalued, but to remain competitive as we grow, we should look to national averages to calculate salaries, not local, since we service a national team and purpose.

I get to be a part of a growing company that provides a good and useful service, continue my career, learn something new daily, and work alongside and mentor smart and hard-working people.
