Although titles and compensation are the same, level of responsibility, workload, reliability and knowledge are not and I feel should be recognized in pay structure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of family and community is what reinforces my desire to perform at my highest level. I always want to give my all to contribute to the positive attributes of this company and how others outside of LHC view us
