I receive regular work assignments which I complete timely. The camaraderie with the field staff is good as are the interactions I have with the office staff. We are having difficulty fielding RNs to handle the workload which is detrimental to the overall work flow. I am happy overall.

The nurses are caring and considerate. They are enjoyable to work with and around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had to take an over $25,000/year pay cut once PDGM started. I still work above productivity levels but not as I once did. I do not have an incentive to work harder.
