There always exists the opportunity AND expectation for success. It requires one to make a choice ... almost every day ... and then live with the consequences of those choices. I have the opportunity to continue to build a best-in-class department with talented people. Couldn't really ask for more.

The ability to "earn" STI and LTI ... although there should be more transparency and direct ties to STI.

Our culture is actually "defined" and we adhere to it. The environment is one that provides for the freedom to fail, the expectation to succeed, and the desire to learn from both.
