There is a lot of favoritism in my company and i find that the hard workers are overlooked in experience abd dedication

The amount of training which makes sure we do our best for our ahemcirs but more importantly our patients
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together in more ways than one. We yze each other ad a sounding board when we come across and issue we are not sure of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I give more than 150% of my overall time to make sure we are able to meet the needs of our agencies and patients and it would be nice for that to be noticed.
