I have been with the Company for 5 years. I knew within the first week that this was a Company that I would retire at. I have learned more in the past 5 years than I have with 8+ years in the workforce. The opportunities are amazing and I look forward to seeing what the next 5 years has in store.

I truly admire everyone that is a part of our Leadership team. It is an honor to not only work for them but with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is some of the hardest working people I have ever met. We all work together and understand the importance of our role within the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am paid at a very fair rate for the role that I complete. I recently switched to the HDHP and feel like it is very fair for what my family needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our Company motto is "It's all about Helping People". I truly feel this and wake up wanting to do this everyday. I love supporting our team and doing what I can to make them more successful in their roles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I consider myself a very positive person and the culture at our Company matches my energy. I talk with our Executive team every day and they are truly engaged on what is going on in your life. For being an organization as large as we are, we don't forget where we come from and that people matter.
