I started as a field RN, then advanced to the RN PCM role, and currently am in the CD role. I have supportive role models, and have strived to improve quality of care for our patients by providing my clinicians with quality education on expectations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am paid a little below industry standard and did not receive a raise this year due to PDGM and COVID. Now that company is coming back stronger in the 3rd and 4th quarters, it would be nice to receive that raise I missed out on.
