Everyone likes one another. I enjoy collaborating with my peers and sharing ideas.

The ability to interact with my team and my peers even though COVID has changed a lot of this interaction to virtual meetings and phone calls.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a servant leader culture and leadership that is inclusive. It is nice to have a board member take part in the annual evaluation and sit down with Keith.
