Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here for 16 years and am supposed to be a manager over our scheduler but she makes more than I do. If my position requires me to oversee someone, I believe I should be paid more than them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all willing to jump in and help out another office when in need. Our office staff covers for each other when one is off. Our field staff always takes on extra visits when our staffing is low and challenging to get all patient visits covered.
