We all have a big heart and love our patients
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has been a huge adjustment dealing with the paycut we were giving with PDGM. It was hard especially with being with the company for 9 years now
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With all the changes in out office in the last couple years it has been tough but it seems like things are getting back to normal. With covid, PDGM and census changes home health was different but we all hung in there because we love it so much
