My local agency is fantastic, friendly, helpful and goal driven. I feel like since Covid upper management working from home have invented unnecessary emails that are distracting to me trying to work.

Bonuses for for reaching goals. Not like referring potential employees for a bonus. A bonus for my work.

My administrator is outstanding. Our office team is fantastic. We make goals and reach them together. We are involved in our community. We do more than what is asked.
