I am happy with the leadership team and proud to be a part of the leadership. Motivating employees and keeping negativity low from staff has been challenging for me as a person in leadership. I love the job and will continue to find ways to better motivate the staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is expensive and the vacation is less than some competitors
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss Tonya is wonderful to work with she is very fair and a hard worker. Her and I do struggle with keeping our team of PCMs motivated and positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my boss. She is great to work with and we work very well together. I love that we help our patients and we find ways to provide them with all that they need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my leaders care about my experience as an employee. I think they are highly motivated and care about the patients. I also believe the leadership team is always willing to discuss change and find ways for things to work more efficiently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of my leadership team, including ED, AED, AVP, and other outside LHC employees are absolutely wonderful and I could not ask for better. Always positive and helpful. Employees under my direction have been a struggle for me keep positive and they seem to be lazy and unmotivated.
