I am looking for a new job, the atmosphere here is toxic. Nurses and therapists will tell you everything is great while on the phone with leadership running you down, it's like working with high school students. If something is wrong nobody let's you know so you can address it and fix the problem

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor jeff, is very open and honest if something is wrong he addresses it and helps find solutions. If I have any questions he answers them honestly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers dont communicate with each other, if they have a problem or question they go directly to office manager and make a complaint. I have never worked in a less sincere and toxic environment and I was an infantry soldier
