What needs to change to make the company culture better?

management needs to be investigated and there should be more pop up visits from LP as well as the DM. When management is aware of visits they make necessary changes vs when we aren’t having a visit

We are at a mall so we get tourist which will end up buying more than the locals.. it’s typical slow..
