Since joining the company, I have felt well-supported during all of the updates/changes going on within the company, particularly my department. Despite things moving at a fast pace, I feel that my manager provides the best support and I know they have my back AND the team's back.

Strong base salary; provides a more stable and consistent income regardless if you achieve quota or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meetings that involve social causes such as ERGs - these allow me to get to know my colleagues more personally but also get educated on particular topics.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to confront any question that asked by employees; there is never a question that is shied away from even if it involves a tough topic, i.e. remote work policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders and managers are always willing to be flexible when unexpected things come up, i.e. illness, emergencies, etc. Feeling that you can actually take time off without being guilted is such a positive.
