Compensation is a mixed bag across the company, and despite the focus on data and metrics, it remains one of the few areas that feel entirely subjective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most companies talk about transparency, but Mixpanel's leadership team really lives it. I feel like we are offered honest assessments of our strengths and weaknesses, and that openness is really refreshing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated thoughtful, challenging questions. The team I spoke with came prepared, knew what they wanted, and asked difficult questions. That left me confident in the role because I knew they were looking for and hiring good people across the company.
