It has been a rough start with a lot of uncertainties. There has been a lot of changes and not a great deal of communication and follow through with whta is to come in the future.

when I am able to complete a long task and or get someone the answers they are looking for to make their day better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was promoted from a temp to a permanent member of the team and given a lot more responsabilities and tasks to complete there was ni compensation incentive to go with this offer.
