Overall, my team is amazing and my manager is fantastic. The work I was hired to do interests me and keeps me engaged. However operations has some serious struggles that consistently pull me away from my core competencies requiring me to make up for terrible processes or sub standard support staff

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Operationally the company is a mess. Theres no clear oversight over how any departments are supposed to work together and any suggestions to fix these issues are typically met with silence. The messy operations leads to wearing more hats than what I'm compensated for.
