I have been hear 7 months and love my job, my team, my customers i'm working and coming to work. Most of all the Leadership is supportive.

The Executive and Leadership support.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job, my customers, have decent tools.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive, kind and easy to talk with. I came from a company that was toxic and the leadership/execs were not supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The interaction with some of my team. 4 out of the 11. They are supportive and willing to help when needed and provide guidance, mentoring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my experience in the industry my compensation should be more, but I love this company. I took a pay cut to come here. I would prefer to be compensated for the value and experience I bring.
