Truly a cohesive unit because of the teamwork mentality but overall morale is low in general

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Continuous increase on workload without the extra pay to go with it especially as being part of "management"

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
