What are some of the best things about your team?

We work so well together. We can joke around with each other and we have each other's backs when it comes to sales.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My leadership team is top-notch. There are some managers that slack and others that work harder to pick it up. They need to find the balance

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
