Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The cost of my insurance is pulling about one third of what I make and it doesn't leave much to live on at 11 an hour.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.

My coworkers and the customers
