We need corporate to increase their caring for their employees, which would increase store and company morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the Supervisor of the print department. I am making the maximum wage in my region, 15.95/hr. I work harder than a lot of the management team to keep my department functional. Overtime is forbidden, so I end up having to work off the clock. I feel the position should make a minimum of $20.00/hr.
