My manager, my co-workers, work/life balance and knowing that I'm making an impact with my work. I also love that everyone wants to hear new ideas.

Everyone is so friendly, willing to help one another and they bring lots of positive energy. We all share the same teamwork value with a high level of integrity and there are many opportunities to learn new things - lots of growth!

I so happy I came to Openly! It's the best company I've worked for. There are almost no politics. We have the right people in the right roles doing the right things. It's all done well and with a great deal of respect for peers and support for customers. Integrity is high, innovation is encouraged.
