My company works to bring employee and interests together through slack, meetings, and events. There are breakout rooms during meeting where we can meet other employees that we don't usually work with. There are slack groups with different interests that we can join.
The attitude that we win together/lose together. We all have a clear common goal and teams work cross-functionally with ease

People are just kind. There isn't the insane work politics i have faced elsewhere. People are mature and understand that work is work. We focus on ensuring we get a lot done and push for it but protecting everyone's life outside of the time in front of their computer is so important and appreciated.
