Im regular customer that's disabled uses a cane to ambulate and am now fed up that I'm making this formal complaint. Excessively long wait time and food order goes missing... is this how customers supposed to be treated!!! Sunday Nov 19 after 5pm I Waited over 30mins in cross county located

Need to reduce customer in store wait time by having more staff to handle take out orders separate staff to do only cash register and different staff distributing take out at cross county New York store
