My hours get cut drastically as an employee who is always there for her shift on time as well who is on call. My hours get cut or stolen from me to provided extra hours for a shift leader who is always constantly late for her own shift. ITS WRONG and UNFAIR AT STORE 1012.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cooks are nice but front of house is terrible to each other and hours are unfair in the sense of favoritism.
