I want to love working at Panda. Their vision and mission really spoke to me. However, the stress from the ACO has made the environment toxic. I love an environment where I can grow but we all has serious change fatigue. Goal posts are changed week to week. Managing feels all bonus driven. Sad!

Streamline it a bit. On boarding process took way too long.

They pay slightly above the average wage however, you work hard for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture gives everybody ample opportunities for growth. Teamwork is an absolute must, and so you learned to depend on each other and be dependable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with our team to provide our guests with great quality food quickly while providing a friendly environment for them. Love seeing repeat customers because they love our service and product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Store leadership is wonderful, supportive but unable to have impactful change. ACO's leadership lacks the ability to genuinely motivate people, but instead and leads through fear. Our team now feels disengaged, frustrated, targeted. No consistency and a complete lack of trust.
