I feel compensation includes everything. The benefit of the hybrid work schedule allows great flexibility. I appreciate the parental leave compensation, it works in the favor of both parents.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very familial, although we are a larger organization, we are able to keep that small close family feel. Everyone is very accepting of all cultures and backgrounds. Everyone is very respectful and willing to help out at any time.
