I have worked at Parker for 10 years now and we have been through a lot of ups/downs. I really think the ELT does a pretty good job of running the company and communicating with the employees. By far the reason I have chosen to stay is the team I work with.

I like that the ELT seem friendly and approachable. they make efforts to keep the company updated on the business and what is happening in our industry
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the culture at Parker is very familial and casual. no one stands out as being above another and everyone's input is welcomed. we even have programs to reward good ideas from all employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are fantastic, and by far the main reason I choose to work at Parker. we all work very well together and communicate and collaborate well. it feels very familial and I care about my team and their wellbeing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know that there is a 'best' part. I think our benefits are adequate, but not anything that will set us apart or be a reason for someone to decide to stay at Parker. our 401k match got removed, and the reinstatated at a much lower rate several years ago, and I think there could be improvement
