I enjoy my co-workers and the knowledge they bring. Although I am relatively new to the company (5 years), I don't feel that my knowledge and experience is fully valued and applied.

I like that they are relatively easily accessible and that I'm recognized by them as a critical team member.

I enjoy the team I work with. However, our company culture has changed significantly over the past several years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With 30 years of experience in the industry, I do not feel that my knowledge and skills are known. I am very willing to help and pass my extensive knowledge to those around me who may not have as much experience. I spend a considerable amount of time away from my family, the package could be better
