Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I appreciate the trust and responsibility given to me at the Eastern Hemisphere level, my compensation hasn't aligned with this expanded role, even after five years. A pay adjustment reflecting my contributions at this level would make me feel more valued.
