Sharing, Communicating and interacting. Giving my space to improve our system and operations as per company policy and supporting my actions and decisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay and eventual invalidation of the benefits previously approved by the former HR, General Manager, and Vice President. Despite the management changes, I believe it is crucial to honor past commitments. I kindly request meeting with HR.

The best thing they are interacting their problem, how can improve HSE and Operational requirements. one of the meetings we had' tremendous discussion about, how we can gather and entertain as a team. so, I have requested a compliance permission for making welfare club. we are going to inaugurate .
