What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have company parties one in awhile and have food and give aways to reconize that they value their employees, its just really cool.

Getting to meet more than one of the managers, usually it’s one or two people doing the interview. Here it was one then like a group intervie

They take time to get to know everyone and show they care, they work with you individually to make sure you learn what you need to know and if you need help with anything it is available.
